English normaly helps most people. But, first and foremost i would suggest getting a site, forum, ts/vent server, guild hall, and just be helpful.

People tend to stay away from guilds that have foul names, and I'm going to take a big risk here and say that your a kid. Truth is... nobody wants to be told what to do by some kid. If you are a kid and have TS or Vent it's only going to hurt you even more when they hear a kiddy voice ordering them to do something. My advice to you would be to disband your guild and start a serious guild with a respectable name and let someone who is above 18 years of age run the guild.

Hey... I'm a kid and i co-lead a guild with a friend of mine that's 17...
That doesn't mean people won't take orders from me... As long as you gain the respect and trust from your guildies, they'll willingly follow orders if they're given at all~ |

Agreed with Glydan. If you are young, you have to show that you are just as mature as the rest of the people in your guild. Heck, not many people in the guild know my age, and the ones that do used to think that I was in my 20's.
Anyway, I understand that it is hard to keep people in a guild. I do agree with Priest in that that name is not the best choice. Join a guild with a good strong leader (or group of leaders) and learn from them. |
